NATIONAL ECONOMIC PROJECTIONS

SERIES (NEPSTM)

The National Economic Projections Series (NEPSTM) provides a current assessment of the long-term growth outlook of the American economy and its major components. These projections are based on NPA Data Services own economic growth model which stresses the underlying growth factors of the labor force, capital formation, and technology; and which reflects in considerable detail the distinct effects of specific government policies on the economy. Subscribers use these projections as a regular input in their strategic planning and as a source of data and methodology for work in their own economics, marketing, and planning departments. The NEPS series consists of three volumes per year which provide:

a current analysis of the U.S. economic growth outlook, reflecting the latest data, policy decisions and world events;
quantitative projections of output (GDP), employment, and income for the major sectors of the U.S. economy;
the U.S. population growth outlook reflecting the latest indicators for the U.S. birth, death, immigration, and household formation rates as they influence the U.S. population change;
complete tabulation of the latest historical and projected data, for all major economic, population, and household series, for the years 1950-2030;
complete software and database of the NPA Data Services Economic Growth Model of the United States designed for easy applications by the users; and
special feature analyses, focused on aspects of demography, technology, public policy, etc.
